Preserving cultural heritage

We specialize in the development and production of aging-resistant cardboard and paper products for the preservation of collections in archives, libraries, and museums. Our story began in the late 1980s in Thun with the acquisition of the cardboard division from Hoffmann Packungen. With the growing demand for acid-free archive boxes, primarily from the Swiss Federal Archives, and as a supplier to the cardboard manufacturer Hahnemühle in Germany, our small family business was able to establish itself early on. In 2009, we moved to new, larger production facilities in Spiez, as the space in the old "Chalet Oekopack" and the shipping containers was no longer sufficient. At the beginning of 2013, we acquired the sole proprietorship Conservus, the local representative of Klug Conservation in Germany. This enables us to offer both product ranges today. Our current portfolio includes a wide range of standard products for the preservation of collections in archives, libraries, and museums, as well as custom-made solutions. Small series and single pieces are part of our daily operations. We continuously expand our offerings with innovative solutions and new products.
